Tracey, Safety Lady Hawkins, is an award-winning podcast host and renowned safety expert with extensive experience in real estate safety and security. Currently serving as the host of "Drive With NAR: The Safety Series," Tracey has achieved significant recognition, including a gold regional Azbee award and notable podcast episode page views and downloads. As the founder of the Real Estate Safety Education and Training Alliance (RESETA), Tracey has coordinated various virtual safety events and initiatives focused on diverse safety topics. Additional roles include contributing writer for REALTOR® Magazine, RISMedia, and The Close, as well as ownership of the LinkedIn Real Estate Agent Safety Forum group. With a commitment to educating others about safety in the workplace, Tracey also trains organizations on creating secure work cultures and provides resources for senior citizens and their caregivers through the Senior Summit initiative.
