Risqon is a Strategic Risk Advisory firm to boards, with a decision intelligence platform and AI risk agent.

We help boards scale by day and sleep more soundly at night.

360° visibility of your organisation, 365 days a year, 24/7.

We provide strategic risk advisory and intelligence designed specifically for boards and senior executive management teams giving a complete, connected view of risks and opportunities across the organisation. We apply our threat and opportunity model 13 domains e.g. Strategic Risk, AI Risk and Geopolitical Risk.

We help leadership teams see what matters, be prepared for uncertainty, and act with confidence.

Our approach is simple:

Assess – Identify blind spots and review strategic risk maturity
Advise – Translate complex risk landscapes into clear, decision-grade insight
Embed – Deliver ongoing visibility through intelligence that evolves

We work directly with Chairs, CEOs, CFOs, INEDs and Boards not just the compliance function, ensuring risk becomes a driver of better strategic advantage.

Our team brings deep, cross-sector experience across strategy, risk, AI, technology, sustainability and communications, combining decades of leadership through volatility with modern analytical capability. This allows us to translate complex risk into clear, actionable insight at the level it matters most.

At Risqon, risk isn’t something to document.

It’s something to see clearly, understand fully and use decisively.

We deliver Velocity and Versatility with Vintage experience and make it our mission to embed intellectual capital in your entity to enable continuous improvement.
