Char Ipacs

Char Ipacs is currently a Support Lead IV for Communications Support at RIT, where they have been providing day-to-day support for voice and network since 1990. They began their career at RIT in Telecommunications at the Help Desk before advancing to the role of Communications Analyst, overseeing telephony needs on campus. Prior to their tenure at RIT, Char worked as a Customer Service Manager at Federated Department Stores from 1982 to 1988. Char holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Nazareth College of Rochester and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fashion Merchandising Management from Bryant and Stratton.
