Ryan Kelsie

Ryan Kelsie has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Ryan started their career as a Sales Lead at ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) in 2007, where they focused on building client relationships and motivating sales associates. In 2011, they joined ALEX AND ANI as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for various tasks such as visual merchandising, employee training, and inventory management. In 2012, they began working at Ritani as a Diamond Photographer, where they imaged diamonds for both the retail website and customer-specific requests. Ryan also assessed diamond characteristics to assist the customer service team with sales. Ryan's role expanded at Ritani to include being a Showroom Manager, responsible for providing personalized consultations and exceptional customer service to private clients. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Services at Ritani, overseeing the overall client experience.

Ryan Kelsie attended Johnson & Wales University from 2006 to 2010. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and Retail Operations.
