Matthew McKinnon CPPA has extensive experience in inspection and transportation operations, currently serving as Manager Inspection Operations at Ritchie Bros. since March 2017, with a previous role as Regional Inspection Manager for Iron Planet Canada. Prior to that, Matthew held the position of Transportation Manager at Buffalo Plains Cattle Company, overseeing logistical operations for a large feed yard from March 2015 to February 2017. Additionally, Matthew managed livestock transport and fleet operations at McKinnon Transport from June 1999 to March 2015, gaining valuable expertise in dispatching, fleet maintenance, and customer relations. Matthew graduated from West Hill Secondary School in Owen Sound, Ontario, in 1999.
