Chris Pass

Chris Pass has over two decades of experience in accounting and auditing, with significant leadership roles primarily at Rite Aid. As the current CPA and Director of Revenue Accounting since May 2016, Chris Pass oversees deferred benefit accounting, comp store sales reporting, and compliance with new revenue standards, while managing a team of 12 professionals. Prior to this role, Chris Pass served in various capacities at Rite Aid, including Senior Accounting Manager and CPA Director of Inventory Accounting, where responsibilities encompassed inventory management and contract reconciliation. Chris Pass began the career at the Pennsylvania Office of the Budget as an Internal Auditor from May 1994 to December 1997. Chris Pass holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park, earned between 1990 and 1991.
