Lee Ann T.

Lee Ann T. has a strong background in IT management and process improvement. Lee Ann began their career in 1982 at Bank of Delaware, where they served as a Senior Staffing Analyst and later as the Officer-Director of COPE. In these roles, they successfully implemented technology management and process change initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings.

Lee Ann then moved on to MBNA, where they held various leadership positions such as the Vice President & Technology Manager of Credit Card Production and the Assistant Vice President-Project Manager of Card Production. During their time at MBNA, they managed vendor relationships, reengineered card production systems, and successfully implemented state-of-the-art technology solutions.

After their tenure at MBNA, Lee Ann joined Fleet Credit Card Services as the Application Development Director and later as the Business Relationship Manager - PMO. In these roles, they managed project teams and senior business executive relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.

Lee Ann then served as the President of Christy & Company, LLC before joining Harleysville National Bank Corporation as the Vice President & Director of Corporate Initiatives. In this capacity, they coordinated strategic initiatives and drove process improvements across the organization.

Most recently, Lee Ann worked at Rite Aid Pharmacy as the Director of the Office of CIO, where they developed an IT Governance Framework, an IT Strategic Plan, and various IT standards, policies, and procedures.

Throughout their career, Lee Ann has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on process improvement, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Lee Ann T. obtained a certification in CGEIT (Certification in Governance of Enterprise IT) from ISACA in 2016. Lee Ann also holds a Professional Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University, which they completed in 2009. In addition, they obtained a BBA degree in Management, Finance, and Marketing from The Wharton School in 1986. Prior to that, they completed an AAS degree in Industrial Engineering from Delaware Technical & Community College in 1982. Lee Ann T. also holds additional certifications, including Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT® (CGEIT) from ISACA.
