Len Shields has extensive experience in the retail industry, particularly in asset protection and investigations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Investigations at Rite Aid since March 2020, Len has previously held the position of Asset Protection District Manager at Rite Aid from June 1998 to March 2020. Following a distinguished career, Len retired in October 2023 and is currently enjoying a well-deserved break while keeping engaged with personal interests.
