Joe Ramaker

Joe Ramaker has a comprehensive work experience in finance and management roles spanning over several companies. Joe most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Rite-Hite starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Cargill, including Corporate Vice President of Finance Strategy and Execution, Corporate Vice President of Finance for Global Animal Nutrition, Vice President of Finance for Global Operations and Supply Chain, Vice President of Finance for Starch and Sweetener Global Business Group, Vice President and Controller for Corn Milling, AVP/Corp Audit Director, AVP/Controller for Cargill Health & Nutrition, and Global Finance Director for Cargill Flavor Systems. Before joining Cargill, Ramaker worked as the Finance Director at Chart Industries and Finance Manager at The Pillsbury Company / General Mills. Joe started their career at Cargill, North American Corn Milling, where they held various finance roles and also worked as a Corporate Auditor.

Joe Ramaker has an extensive education history. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of St. Thomas, where they also studied Business Administration and Accounting. Joe attended the University of Minnesota and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. In 1992, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Later in their career, Joe pursued executive education programs to enhance their skills. Joe completed a program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business focusing on Strategic Planning in 2003. In 2018, they completed an executive education program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specifically for Prospective CFOs. In 2019, they participated in the INSEAD Cargill Catalyst program, which focused on strategy and innovation.
