Regional Sales Vice President at Rite-Hite

Tim Kubly has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim started their career as a Direct Sales representative at Eder Industries / APW / Creation Technologies in 1998 and continued in the role for two years. Tim then worked as a Recruiter/Sales at TEKsystems for a year before returning to Eder Industries / APW / Creation Technologies as a Direct Sales representative. Tim worked in this role for another two years before joining Eder Industries / APW / Creation Technologies (now known as APW) as a Direct Sales representative.

Following this, Tim advanced their career as a Direct Sales representative at Eder Industries / APW / Creation Technologies, managing new sales opportunities and supporting program managers with current and new projects with existing customers for a period of five years.

In 2006, Tim joined 4Front Engineered Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a team of more than 35 sales representatives in 12 distribution partners with a territory worth over $15 million. Tim held this position for six years.

In 2012, Tim moved to Rite-Hite and started as a Strategic Account Specialist, VP (Pulp, Paper & Packaging). In this role, they developed a deep understanding of the industry and helped customers achieve their goals through boardroom presentations, negotiations with corporate contacts, and product demonstrations. Tim was also responsible for strengthening customer and distribution partner relationships and providing support on major projects. Tim successfully performed eight major project roll-outs for RHPC in front of peers and led over 125 Fly-Ins at the corporate office.

Tim then transitioned to the role of District Sales Manager at Arbon Equipment Corp. in 2017 and contributed for a year before joining Rite-Hite again as a Business Development Manager (Rite-Hite Digital Solutions) in 2019. In this position, they assisted customers with their Continuous Improvement Journey by understanding their strategic initiatives and connecting them to software solutions for long-term success.

Currently, Tim Kubly holds the position of Regional Sales Vice President at Rite-Hite, which they started in September 2023.

Tim Kubly attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
