Daniel Carter

Daniel Carter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel currently holds the position of President, UK & Europe at Rite Software since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Wood as the Global Lead Solution Architect from January 2019 to November 2022. Daniel also served as the HCM Solution Architect, leading global convergence, from May 2015 to January 2019, and as the Oracle HCM Lead from October 2013 to May 2015. Before joining Wood, Daniel worked at Ausenco as the Data Migration Lead from October 2012 to September 2013 and as an Oracle consultant from October 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they worked as an Oracle Consultant at Wood Group from October 2010 to October 2011, as a Technical/Functional Oracle Consultant at COA Solutions Ltd from July 2010 to October 2010, and as a Functional Consultant at Symatrix from July 2009 to July 2010. Daniel's work experience also includes a role as a Functional Consultant at Experian, where they were involved in implementing Oracle eBusiness upgrade and migration from January 2009 to July 2009. Daniel started their career as a Functional Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2008 to July 2009. Daniel's earliest work experience was at Phones4u, where they served as a Business Analyst from March 2007 to December 2008 and as the HR Services Manager from June 2006 to March 2007.

Daniel Carter attended Lancaster University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
