Srividhya Chittipeddi

Srividhya Chittipeddi has been working in the Human Resources field since 2018, when they began their role as Human Resources Leader at Rite Software Solutions and Services, LLC. Prior to that, they were a Tax Advisor at H&R Block from 2004 to 2018, and a Scoring Supervisor at NCS Pearson from 2000 to 2004.

Srividhya Chittipeddi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Madras Christian College between 1996 and 1999. Srividhya then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Anna University between 2008 and 2010. In 2019, they completed their HR Certificate- Human Resources Management from Rice University. Additionally, in July of 2019, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
