Mark Howell

Director - Partner Operations Europe at Rithum

Mark Howell has a strong background in e-commerce and retail operations. Mark began their career at Sainsburys in 2003, working as a Stock Control Manager and Department Manager. In 2006, they moved to Tesco PLC, where they held various roles, including Operations Manager and Senior Technical Account Manager, where they supported the re-platforming of the Tesco Direct website. Mark later became the Head of Integration - Dropship Suppliers & Marketplace, leading the launch team for Tesco Direct to onboard sellers and dropship suppliers onto the Tesco Marketplace. In 2016, Mark joined Rithum as the Director of Partner Operations for Europe, where they managed customer onboarding and support functions, set up office infrastructure, and served as a client executive for major retailers and brands. Overall, Mark has developed strong skills in IT integration, contractor management, third-party account management, and developing partnerships within the industry.

Mark Howell completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Birmingham, from 1999 to 2002.
