Mark Slater

Mark Slater is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including e-commerce, IT distribution, media intelligence, and retail. Currently serving as the Senior HR Manager for EMEA at Rithum since May 2019, Mark plays a crucial role in supporting ChannelAdvisor’s mission to optimize global commerce. Prior to this, Mark was the Head of Human Resources at Beta from September 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included partnering with the Leadership Team to enhance HR strategies. Mark also served as the Head of Human Resources (UK) at Cision from January 2006 to August 2015, contributing to the development of media intelligence software solutions. Earlier career experiences include working at Tesco PLC in multiple HR roles from October 1992 to December 2005, focusing on talent management and generalist HR functions. Mark holds a degree from North London Polytechnic.
