Suzanne Egan

Suzanne Egan, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and program oversight. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Rithum since May 2021, Egan previously held the role of IT Manager at NYS ITS from April 2012 to May 2021, overseeing 20+ active projects in the DMV Core Processing division. Egan's career includes positions at CDPHP and the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, where significant accomplishments include managing core claims processing and leading a major infrastructure renovation project. Earlier experience includes applications management at Fleet Services Corporation and technical support roles at IBM. Egan holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University at Albany.
