Founded in 1995, Ritinjali is a Delhi-based NGO. Ritinjali means “Helping Hands” in Sanskrit. For nearly three decades, Ritinjali has worked at the intersection of education, skilling, and community development, empowering individuals in urban and rural India. 
We have nurtured opportunities for disadvantaged communities through our flagship program, the Second Chance School in Mahipalpur, our Community Learning Centers, Women’s Empowerment Initiatives, and Entrepreneurship Development Programs. 
Rooted in a wholistic, person-centric approach, we believe in actualising potential and purpose. Whether it's a school dropout returning to education or a woman launching her first business, we stand by one core belief: Every individual deserves the dignity of opportunity.
