Ritmo in Rio is an international event company driven by the mission of creating vibrant, multicultural experiences through the universal language of music. We operate in two countries: Ritmo in Rio UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Germany and RITMO IN RIO ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS, LDA in Portugal, bringing our passion for music and cultural connection to diverse audiences across Europe.

At Ritmo in Rio, we believe in the power of music to transcend borders and unite people. Our events, from lively club parties to scenic boat gatherings, are designed to foster a sense of community and joy, where individuals from different cultures can come together to share in unforgettable experiences. More than just a company, Ritmo in Rio is a family — a community built on the values of inclusion, celebration, and connection.

Our Core Values:

Cultural Diversity: We are dedicated to celebrating and promoting the richness of various cultures through music, creating events that honor and reflect the global diversity of our audiences.

Community: At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to building genuine, lasting connections between people, fostering a sense of belonging and shared experience.

Joyful Atmosphere: Every Ritmo in Rio event is infused with joy, energy, and excitement, offering an environment where everyone can express themselves and feel welcome.

We are more than just event organizers; we are cultural ambassadors, working to create spaces where music brings people together in celebration of life, diversity, and shared humanity.
