Ron Weber

Ron's extensive career includes key roles such as Director of Talent during the transition of Fort Dearborn Company into Multi-Color Corporation, HR Delivery Manager for Smiths Group, and Director of Strategic Talent Solutions at Sears Holdings Corporation, where strategic initiatives enhanced talent management for over 100,000 employees globally. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in talent acquisition and development across various organizations, including Schneider Electric, Shiftgig, and Keane. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
