Ingolf Bauer

Ingolf Bauer started their work experience as a Service Engineer at WEMA Glauchau GmbH in 1990. Ingolf then moved to Danfoss Drives in 1991 and held several positions including Sales Manager, Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2012, Bauer joined Rittal GmbH & Co. KG as the Vice President of Sales for Germany South-West. Ingolf then became the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Sales Projects in 2016.

Ingolf Bauer attended Energieversorgung Chemnitz from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a degree in Elektromonteur with Abitur. Ingolf then enrolled in Technische Hochschule Zwickau, completing their studies in 1990, earning a Diplom-Ingenieur in Elektroautomatisierungstechnik. Later, from 1998 to 2001, Bauer pursued further education at the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau, specializing in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, and obtaining the degree of Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (FH).
