Judith Koetzsch

Judith Koetzsch has a comprehensive work experience in the field of enclosure climate control and business development. Judith started their career in 2001 as a Management Trainee in Marketing & Sales at Rittal GmbH & Co. KG. Over the years, they progressed to various roles such as Strategic Assistant to the Executive VP, Product Manager Climate Control at Rittal USA, and Director of Product Management / Business Development for Enclosure Climate Control at Rittal GmbH. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Director of Business Development After Sales Service at Rittal GmbH. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Business Unit Service at Rittal GmbH & Co. KG. In 2006, they also worked as a Product Manager for Enclosure Climate Control at Rittal North America LLC.

Judith Koetzsch began their education by attending The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 1995 to 2000. During this time, they obtained a diploma in English, French, and Business Administration. In 1997-1998, they participated in a student exchange program at Eastern Mennonite University. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from THM Business School Gießen-Friedberg.
