Philipp Guth

Philipp Guth has had an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Philipp is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Rittal GmbH & Co. KG since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bosch Rexroth, where they held roles such as Digital Transformation (October 2021 to September 2022), CEO Automation & Electrification Solutions (July 2020 to September 2021), and CTO Automation & Electrification Solutions (May 2019 to June 2020). Before joining Bosch Rexroth, they worked at WITTENSTEIN alpha, where they served as Managing Director (April 2016 to March 2019 and April 2012 to March 2017), Member of the Executive Board (April 2014 to March 2016), and Head of Technology Management (April 2008 to March 2012). Philipp started their career at WITTENSTEIN alpha as a Gear Engineer in July 2003 and held the position until March 2008.

Philipp Guth attended European School Brussels II and obtained a European Baccalaureat in the year 1995. After that, they enrolled at Stadtsparkasse Zweibrücken and completed a degree in Banking between 1995 and 1997. Following this, Philipp studied at the University of Stuttgart from 1997 to 2003, earning a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
