Ritual Haus is a Brisbane-based multidisciplinary health and wellness practice grounded in the biopsychosocial model of care—acknowledging the deep interconnection between mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

We offer integrated health services under one roof, including psychology, naturopathy, nutrition, somatic therapy, breathwork, and recovery tools like infrared sauna and cold plunge. Our model ensures clients receive comprehensive care that addresses the whole person—not just their symptoms.

At Ritual Haus, we believe that true wellness is best supported through collaboration. That’s why our team of experienced professionals works together to create tailored care plans that consider your lifestyle, stressors, relationships, and physical health. Whether you're navigating anxiety, addiction, trauma, burnout, grief, or simply seeking alignment in your life, our practice offers both structure and sanctuary.

Created by founder Tajsha Van Den Bergh after her own journey through loss, anxiety, trauma and healing, Ritual Haus is a response to the fragmented nature of traditional care. It’s a space designed to meet people where they are—and support them as they grow.

We work closely with referring GPs, corporate groups, and high-performing individuals seeking aligned, compassionate care in a beautiful environment.
