Ben Herbst

Ben Herbst is an experienced professional in customer service and marketing, currently serving as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Rituals since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Sales Advisor at Rituals from April 2024 to August 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences and utilizing product knowledge for sales. Ben also gained experience as a Community Host Intern at The Social Hub between April 2023 and August 2023, managing customer interactions and co-working spaces. Earlier, Ben completed a Student Internship at PVH Corp. in June 2019, focusing on organization and teamwork within the sportswear/accessories sector. Ben's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Digital Marketing from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and an exchange program in Communication and Media Studies at Chung-Ang University.
