Iris Buys is a seasoned professional in public relations and communication, currently serving as Global PR & Communication at Rituals since February 2018, where responsibilities include executive positioning, CEO and CIO profiling, and strategic communication advisement. With expertise in reputation and crisis management, Iris has played a pivotal role in creating corporate calendars, enhancing brand awareness through innovative campaigns, and collaborating with creative agencies. Additionally, Iris is the founder of BOOTSWELOVE, a successful venture dedicated to vintage boots, which has garnered a dedicated following. Prior experience includes project management and social media roles in events at Spirit Hospitality Services and MADE Marketing, among others. Iris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing, Communication & Public Relations from Hogeschool Leiden and is pursuing further education in reputation management and crisis communication at Beeckestijn Business School.
