Jan Eising

Jan Eising has extensive experience in retail expansion and management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Real Estate & Expansion at Rituals since June 2008, where responsibilities include leading global expansion efforts and overseeing the Retail Competence Center. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Director Retail Benelux at Rituals, focusing on sales and shop expansion within the Benelux region. Jan's previous experience includes serving as Brand Operations Manager for Ben & Jerry's at Unilever Benelux, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple franchise stores and new concept development. Earlier career stages featured a role as F&B Manager at RAI Amsterdam, managing events and restaurant operations. Jan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance from Zuyd University and has foundational education from Hanze College Zwolle.
