Currently serving as the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at Rituals, Meindert previously held roles such as Global Head of Reward at SBM Offshore and Global Compensation & Benefits Director at TNS, overseeing large teams and complex global compensation strategies. Meindert's expertise spans compensation, benefits, performance management, and organisational design. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, along with a BA in International Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and KEDGE Business School. Fluent in Dutch and English, Meindert also converses in French, Spanish, and German.
