Will Nicholson is a seasoned production professional currently serving as the Senior Manager: Head of Creative Production at Rituals, where they lead a team and oversee global brand and product asset creation. With over a decade of experience, they were the founding partner and producer at Arcade, a Cannes Lions and Emmy winning media production company until its merger in 2023. Will has produced content for renowned global brands such as Nike, Heineken, and Netflix, garnering numerous industry accolades. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Production from the University of Cape Town and participated in the prestigious Oxford Executive Leadership Programme.
