Danielle is a proven and effective Portfolio leader with expertise in strategic planning, improvement of project operations using CMMI and PMBOK best practices, team building, organizational development, and financial management.

Danielle currently oversees RIVA’s Health and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) portfolios and is focused on delivery excellence, innovation, client satisfaction, strategic growth, and employee development and mentorship.
