Joy L. is an experienced executive with a diverse background in growth strategy, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Growth at RIVA Solutions, Inc., Joy also founded and leads Undaunted Strategies LLC, specializing in crisis, campaign, and change management. Previous roles include Senior Principal at The Clearing, Inc., Senior Consultant at Technical Assent, and Entrepreneur at FedTech, where Joy connected entrepreneurs with federal technologies. In addition to being the Washington DC Lead at Founders Live, Joy has held positions such as Chief Business Development Officer at a stealth startup, Tech Industry Liaison for Navigating #MeToo, and Vice President of External Affairs at MedCanna. Joy’s educational background includes two MBAs from Cornell University and Queen's University, an MA in Political Management from The George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Ithaca College.
