Scott Campbell

Scott Campbell is an experienced M&A specialist currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at RIVAL, where they focus on risk management and operational efficiencies in the lower and middle market M&A space. Previously, Scott held roles such as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Ambassador Enterprises, where they supported the Private Equity Team throughout the M&A deal process. Scott has a legal background that includes a judicial internship at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and a summer law clerk position at Barrett McNagny LLP. They earned their law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 2017.
