Ray O.

Ray O. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ray started their career as a Project Manager at Aon Consulting in 1997 and worked there until 1999. After that, they joined Medical Staffing Network, Inc. - Travel Allied Services as the Director of Sales and Operations from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, Ray co-founded Emergency Medical Staffing, Inc. and served as its President until 2004. Ray then became the Director of Sales and Operations at Medical Staffing Network, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Ray worked as a Sales Director at DKI Services Corporation from 2007 to 2008, before joining SilkRoad technology as an HCM Analyst & Regional Sales Director in 2008.

Ray O. earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Human Resources from Northern Illinois University in 1995-1997. Prior to that, they attended College of DuPage from 1993-1995, where they obtained an Associates degree in Transfer Studies, Business.
