Brett Henderson has over 20 years of work experience. In 1997, they began their career as a Senior Manager of Internet Panel Operations at Ipsos Reid. In 2003, they moved to Vision Critical as a Team Lead. In 2012, they took on the role of Research Manager and Online Media Specialist at Lana Porter Group. In 2014, they became a Customer Success Manager at ResponseTek. In 2018, they were appointed Global Director of Customer Success at LivingLens Ltd. In 2020, they were appointed Director of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager at Rival Technologies and Director of Customer Success for LivingLens at Medallia, respectively.
Brett Henderson attended The University of British Columbia from 2013 to 2014. From 1987 to 1992, they attended NMC. In 1998, they obtained a Multimedia Applications Specialist degree from Robertson in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
