Mehran Moosavi

Mehran Moosavi has a diverse work experience. Mehran started their career in 2018 as a Mentor at Fraser International College. Mehran then worked as a Manager, Supervisor, and Customer Service Staff at Darvish Hookah Lounge from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they became an Accounting Assistant at Steve Nash Fitness World and Sports Club. After graduating from SFU in December 2021, they joined Open Door Group as a Financial Clerk. In their role, they were able to utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF, Pivot tables, and Macros. Mehran also implemented 80% of ODG's revenue schedules for audit purposes and completed year-end adjusting entries to reconcile accounting software with actual revenues received. Mehran is currently working as a Junior Accountant at Rival Technologies.

Mehran Moosavi has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, where they studied Accounting from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Fraser International College from 2017 to 2018, where they completed the University Transfer Program - Business. Mehran also has three certifications: a Certification of Appreciation for volunteering at the BUS 202 Summit from Matt Martell in September 2018, a certificate for participating in the Ultimate Leadership Program from Dr. Albert Seah in May 2018, and a certificate for completing a Motivation Workshop from Ilia Bykov in May 2017.
