Dustin then moved up to become a Sports Events Manager before leaving in 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Dustin worked at The Village School, where they held the positions of Director of Athletics & Ancillary Programs and later Senior Director of Athletics and Development. In 2017, they joined Nord Anglia Education as an Assistant Vice President, focusing on Athletics and Partnerships. Most recently, in 2019, Dustin joined Rival as a Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, and later was promoted to Executive Vice President, Special Projects and Investments in September 2020. Dustin Embrey pursued higher education, beginning with their Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Health Education from Radford University. Dustin attended Radford University from 2000 to 2004.
