Matthew Virtue's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2009, they worked as a paralegal at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. In 2010, they worked as an account coordinator for marketing partnerships at Liverpool Football Club. From 2011 to 2013, they were a senior account executive at Foxrock Partners. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the director of marketing and business development at ANC Sports. Matthew then moved on to Horizon Media where they worked as a senior account executive and later as a senior manager of business development. In 2018, they joined BE-AT.TV as the vice president and held that position until 2020. Currently, they are working at Rival as the chief strategy officer and later became the chief executive officer in 2021.
Matthew Virtue attended Brunswick School from 2000 to 2006. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science at Middlebury College from 2006 to 2010. After a brief gap, Matthew went on to study at Columbia University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sports Business & Management.
