Derek Maunder began their work experience in 2018 at PrimeTime Sports, where they held the role of Basketball Event Specialist until 2020. In 2020, they joined Rivalry Tech as an Operations Manager, and their employment there is ongoing.

Derek Maunder attended Texas A&M University from 2013 to 2018, where they studied Sport Management.
