Nicole Moss

Nicole Moss has extensive experience in legal and advisory roles. Nicole is currently working as the General Counsel/Counsel at sEATz, a software startup that enhances the concession and in-seat experience at sporting and entertainment events. Prior to this, they served as the General Counsel at Assurance Medication Management, where they focused on developing digital solutions for medication management and improving patient care.

Nicole also worked as the General Counsel at Geophysical Technology, Inc., providing legal guidance and support. Nicole has acted as the General Counsel/Outside Counsel for various early-stage companies and venture/seed funds, advising them on corporate matters such as financing, formations, and governance.

In addition to their legal expertise, Nicole has experience in M&A strategy as an Advisor at Next Gen Capital Holdings, Inc. Nicole has also held the role of VP Strategy & General Counsel at the same company. Furthermore, they worked as an Attorney at Campbell & Riggs, PC, and as Counsel at Kenmont Investments.

Prior to their roles in the technology and startup sectors, Nicole gained valuable experience as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where they advised private equity and hedge fund GPs on various legal matters. Nicole also served as a Volunteer on the Transition Team for the Mitt Romney Campaign for Governor MA.

Before entering the legal field, Nicole owned and operated their own consulting business named BluePrint. Nicole'swork experience spans from 2001 to the present, with a focus on corporate law and advisory roles.

Nicole Moss holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Southern Methodist University. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Nicole attended the American School in London, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
