Ralph Jerome is a seasoned food industry professional currently serving as a Venture Partner at The March Group and a Board Member at Rise Against Hunger. They have a strong background in innovation leadership, supply chain, and nutritional design, culminating in a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Rutgers University. Ralph previously held positions such as Chief Innovation Officer at Mars from 2012 to 2017 and Distinguished Mars Fellow since 2018. Additionally, Ralph founded Rivalz™ in 2022 and was Vice President of R&D during their tenure with Mars Snackfood U.S. and Mars Global Chocolate.
