Paul Babb

Paul Babb is an experienced professional in marketing and operations, currently serving as an Independent Advisor for Rive's leadership team since March 2024, focusing on strategic planning and market positioning. Previously, Paul held significant roles at Maxon, including Chief Marketing Officer and Global Head of Marketing from October 2018 to January 2024, as well as Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Operations. Prior to Maxon, Paul was the CEO of The Americas at Maxon Computer, Inc. from October 1997 to October 2018, starting as the CEO of the U.S. division. Early career experiences include a Product Marketing Manager position at ElectricImage and roles in marketing communications and copywriting at Capitol Records and Weston Mason Marketing. Paul holds a Master of Fine Arts from UCLA, a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara, and an Associate of Arts from Diablo Valley College.
