Tonia Ruck

Head of Customer Success at Rive

Tonia Ruck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tonia started their career as an Executive Assistant and Licensed Property and Casualty Agent at Westcott Insurance LLC in 2002, where they worked until 2016. Tonia then joined Elmlinger & Associates, a financial advisory practice with Ameriprise Financial, as a Senior Executive Assistant from 2016 to 2018. Tonia then worked as an Income Tax Preparer at Intuit from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they joined 240 Tutoring, Inc as a Customer Success Professional, and stayed until 2020. Tonia then held the position of Head of Customer Success at iVisa.com from 2020 to 2022. Their most recent role was as a Head of Customer Success at Rive in 2022. Tonia is currently a Tracked Fellow at Tracked Ltd, where they have been working since 2023. In this role, they are gaining knowledge and skills in analytics, including data modelling, business fundamentals, data visualizations, and SQL.

Tonia Ruck is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Ohio University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, with a specialization in Applied Computer Security and Forensics and Cybersecurity, from Kent State University at Trumbull in 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tonia has also obtained certifications in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance as well as Property and Casualty Insurance from the State of Ohio.
