Julia Duzon

Julia Duzon is currently the COO at River Financial. Julia has previously worked as the Senior Director of Sales, Strategy, and Operations at First Republic Bank from September 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the co-founder of Clear Lending from March 2016 to September 2017. Julia has also worked as a Product Manager at Lenda (acquired by Reali) from January 2015 to December 2015 and as a Private Equity Research Associate at Atlas Diligence from January 2014 to December 2014. Julia began their career as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from July 2011 to August 2014.

Julia Duzon has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Duke University. Julia was a Toigo Fellow and Duke Senior Class President.

Julia Duzon reports to Alex Leishman, Co-Founder, CEO, & CTO. They are on a team with Ellen Weaver - Director, People, Laura Christiansen - Director, Accounting, and Andrew Benson - Co-Founder.
