The River Learning Trust is a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) based in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.  They are responsible for a number of  secondary schools, primary schools, and a SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) provider; they have a secondary Free School in pre-opening and are in discussions with a number of other secondary and primary schools as the Trust is preparing for further growth in the coming years.

The Human Resources team at River Learning Trust ensures the effective management of the Trust's human capital. They are responsible for recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and policy implementation across the Trust's schools and SCITT provider.
