Richard Wright

Richard Wright is the non executive chairman at River Partnership. Richard has also previously served as a non executive director at Rees Draper Wright, and as the chief executive at MWA.

Wright has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Richard began their career at MWA in 1994, where they eventually became the chief executive. In 2006, they sold the business to Randstad Holding. After a successful period of growth, Wright left Rees Draper Wright in 2016 when it was sold to InterQuest Group.

Wright has been instrumental in the success of River Partnership. Richard has worked closely with the owner MD to ensure business growth and has helped make the company what it is today.

Richard Wright's educational career began at Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied business studies. Richard then went on to study at Long Road Sixth Form College and Comberton Village College.
