Enrique Nardone is the Director Técnico de futbol sala para ciegos at Club Atlético River Plate, a position they have held since 2005, leading a pioneering team in blind futsal. Previously, they served as the director técnico for the Selección Argentina de fútbol para ciegos from 1997 to 2005, creating the team and co-authoring the global regulations for blind futsal, achieving notable successes including a world championship in 2002 and a silver medal at the 2004 Paralympics. Nardone is also an educator at the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social since 1986 and holds a degree in Physical Activity, Health, and Sports from Universidad de Flores.
