John R. is currently the Senior Managing Director at Prospect Park LLC and an Adjunct Instructor at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises. With a background as a private equity investor, John has worked with family offices globally to identify and govern investments in private companies. Previously, John co-founded and served as Managing Partner at McNally Capital, and has held numerous board roles, including with Immunicom, Inc., and CoreCentric Solutions, Inc. Educated at Northwestern University and Indiana University Maurer School of Law, John combines expertise in private equity, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship.
