Alfred Chang

Alfred Chang possesses extensive experience in network engineering and support, currently serving as a Global Escalation Engineer at Riverbed Technology since March 2013, where responsibilities include acting as a point of escalation for TAC support across a variety of core products, including Riverbed Steelheads. Prior to Riverbed, Alfred worked at Orange Business Services from April 2011 to March 2013 as an IP Specialist, focusing on the provisioning of MPLS VPN and IPSEC VPN circuits. Alfred's career at AT&T spanned from April 2007 to April 2011, where roles included EVPN MRS Team Lead and EVPN MRS Network Controller, managing escalations and troubleshooting network issues. Alfred holds a Bachelor of Science in Business IT from Monash University, earned from 2003 to 2006.
