Eric Hawksley has over 25 years of experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Renewals Specialist at Riverbed Technology since November 2005, Eric has developed expertise in client retention and account management. Prior to this role, Eric was a Team Manager at Charles Schwab for a decade, from March 1995 to October 2005, where responsibilities included overseeing team operations and enhancing customer service.
