Jeff Heng is a seasoned technical expert with extensive experience in performance monitoring solutions and network management. Currently serving as Technical Director and Sr Consulting Solutions Architect at Riverbed Technology since October 2019, Jeff acts as a subject matter expert, guiding customers in the implementation of Riverbed solutions.
