Julia Gershanov

Julia Gershanov is a seasoned technical writer and documentation manager with extensive experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation across various industries. Currently employed at Riverbed Technology since September 2018, Julia oversees the Online Help Portal and conducts reviews of technical documents to ensure clarity and compliance with standards. Previously, at NICE Systems from April 2005 to June 2017, Julia planned and developed documentation for video management solutions. Earlier roles include working as an economist and business consultant at the Centre for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship and as an export and import operator at SAAT. Julia holds an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a BA in English Linguistics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, complemented by training at OnTarget Communications.
