Manish Bhardwaj

Manish Bhardwaj has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Manish currently serves as the Head of Solutions Engineering, India at Riverbed Technology, where they mentor sales and pre-sales teams and influences customer solutions and architectures. Manish is also responsible for strategic planning and long-term business success in the India and South Asia region.

Prior to their current role, Manish held various positions at Riverbed Technology, including Channel Sales Manager, Technical Alliance Manager, and Sales Engineer. In these roles, they successfully achieved sales targets, enabled partner teams, and acted as a technology lead to assist partners in understanding the benefits of Riverbed Solutions.

Before joining Riverbed, Manish worked at EMC as a Senior Technology Consultant, where they won breakthrough deals and enabled customers and partners to master the EMC Ionix portfolio products. Manish also worked at Bluecoat Systems Inc as a Channel SE, where they organized technical boot camps for channel partners and won orders from enterprise customers.

Earlier in their career, Manish held positions at 3D Networks Pte. Ltd., iBilt Technologies, Tulip IT Services Ltd, Crompton Greaves, and J. D. Infotech Systems P. Ltd. in various technical and managerial roles focused on sales support, project implementation, and customer support.
